The mold moving stroke is 500mm, and this machine is widely used in the production of blow molding packaging for small and medium-sized consumer goods: (single head) suitable for 3-5 liter product production; (Double headed) Suitable for 1-2 liter product production; (Three headed) Suitable for production of 500-1000 milliliters of products; (Four heads) Suitable for production of 200-500 milliliters of products; (Six headed) Suitable for the production of 100-200 milliliters of products. Working principle

  • The motion for our machine functions is done by roller screw actuators.
  • Roller screws convert rotary torque into linear motion. As the power source is a servo motor, the position, torque and speed control is really accurate, simple to set up and is not affected by external variables like temperature.
  • Since there is more contact area between the screw and the planetary rollers, roller screw actuators are preferred over the balls screw actuator for achieving higher speeds, higher torque and longer lifetime.
