SB-40-TS
- The extrusion system of this mode can be configured in multiple heads and is capable of processing a wide range of materials such as HDPE，PP , PA , EVOH , EVA , Surlyn , PVC , PET-G , PS , PCT-G , ABS and their de -rivatives . Final products and excess material can be collected manually or automatically via conveyors.
- With a dry cycle time of 3 seconds , this model is known in the industry as the fastest machine in its category. The SB-40-TS boasts a recorded track record of producing 70 , 000 containers in 24 hours based on the fol-lowing product data.
Extrusion System
- Equipped with Fuji® inverter (VFD) and SEW-EURODRIVE® parallel shaft helical gear motor. These components ensure the most efficient configuration which results in longevity of equipment, accuracy during extrusion process and easy access during maintenance process.
- The extruder barrel is made from 42CrMo steel alloy and its inner wall treated with powdered alloy casting. The extruder screw is also made from 42CrMo steel alloy and its surface is chromeplated while the ridges are treated with sprayed nickel alloy.

Hydraulic Components
- Vickers® directional valves and main system vane pump.
- KAMUI FS® water-cooled heat exchanger in order to main-tain hydraulic oil at optimal working temperatures.
- Hydraulic oil pre-heat feature and automatic temperature control available upon request.
Deflashing
- Deflash movements actuated by pneumatic cylinders.
- Independent or in-line spin trimmer unit available upon request.
