PART 01 Waterway inspection
01 Check the inlet and outlet water pressure gauge
If the water pressure is too low, it will affect the cooling effect. If the water pressure is too high, it may cause water pipes and pipe joints to burst. Under normal circumstances, the inlet and outlet water pressure should be maintained between 4kg and 6kg. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet exceeds 3kg, the cooling effect will be better.
02 Oil tank cooling water inlet inspection
When the inlet filter screen is blocked, the heat exchanger will become hot. At this time, the inlet cover should be unscrewed to clean the filter screen. Only when the oil temperature is normal can the machine operate stably.
03 Inspection of water transportation at the discharge port
When the temperature of the feeding port is abnormal, it can lead to unstable feeding and directly affect the stability of the product. When the temperature of the discharge port is abnormal during daily inspection, the water pipe should be screwed out. If no water flows out, it indicates that the water path is blocked. At this time, the bottom plate of the discharge port should be opened and the water tank cleaned.
04 Check the glue pulling head for water transportation
Excessive temperature of the rubber pulling head can cause oil leakage at the machine head and affect the instability of product weight. Daily inspection should be conducted to ensure that the temperature of the glue pulling head water transport plate is normal. If the temperature is abnormal, it indicates that the water channel is blocked. At this time, remove the side plugs and inlet and outlet pipes, use iron wire to poke through the water channel, and then use an air gun to blow out the debris.
PART 02 Air circuit inspection
01 Bottle blowing gas circuit part
a. Check if the display of the blowing pressure gauge is normal. Depending on the blowing process, the normal range is generally 6.5-8.5kg. When working, pressure fluctuations should not be too large. Especially when the pressure drop during blowing is too high, it indicates that the flow rate of compressed air is not enough.
b. Timely remove moisture from the water vapor separator. If excessive or unclean moisture is found, the drying device and compressed air filtration device at the front end should be promptly treated.
02 Action gas circuit part
a. Check if the display of the action air pressure gauge is normal, with a normal value of 6kg.
b. Check if there is oil in the oil mist eliminator. When the oil mist eliminator is out of oil, it can cause a lack of lubrication in components such as the air valve core and reduce its lifespan. Generally, add "ISO Vg32 or equivalent grade oil", commonly known as turbine oil, which is a very thin lubricating oil with a viscosity of around 7E ° (equivalent to sewing machine oil 5E °~7E °); National standard grades: No. 7 mechanical lubricating oil (with a viscosity of around 7E °) and sewing oil, which are also convenient choices. But try not to use ordinary lubricating oil as it can easily cause rubber aging. The liquid level of lubricating oil in the oil mist cup should not exceed 3/4 of the total height of the oil cup.
c. Remove water from the water vapor separator.
